All the staff at APW have been wonderful! I've been counting on them for almost 3 years now. Steve, Ashley, Keith, Mike, and Rich; you rock! We love our water softener and our tankless water heater! I know our new AC unit will be great too!

Very impressed indeed
When I first moved to the area, my house had an Ionics Water treatment system installed in it. The system had been sitting idle for a long time as the utilities had been shut off. I found a sticker for APW on the unit. I called them to set up an appointment. They came out and completely refurbished the unit under warranty. The only thing I paid for is the service call. I was very impressed indeed. This unit requires servicing on an annual basis. Each time they have come out to service the unit, the prices are very fair and the technicians are highly knowledgeable and courteous. The technicians do not try to oversell you on items not required, however they do suggest upgrades to increase the reliability of the unit. I have had them install a pressure regulator in the houses since I live in an area with very high water pressure. I highly recommend them! They have even arranged for payment plans as well.

Dependable, takes pride in their work
Our older farm home has a cistern for the water supply so it is a bit more of a challenge to service than the city or rural water systems. The service techs have been prompt, quick and very neat in making the filter changes or upgrades to our system, and have answered every question we have asked. The employees we have dealt with have all been friendly yet professional. The best part of APW's service is that they keep track of when service is due and they call us to set up the service appointments. APW is like a small town Mom and Pop business that is dependable, takes pride in their work, and keeps their customers happy.

Very Helpful
Hot water heater pilot light needed adjustment. Furnace also needed an adjustment. Jim made a number of recommendations and was very helpful in answering questions. His advice will help us save money down the road.

Excellent Job
They installed a new faucet in bathroom. This was the first time I hired them for work. They did an excellent job.

Explained Things Very Well
They came and worked on my water heater. It wasn't heating and I had thought that the element on the bottom had gone bad. They were excellent! One technician came to complete the work and he arrived on time. He explained things very well and how problems could be caused if a specific step was not taken and he showed me how as well. They cleaned up well after the job was complete.

Got the Job Done!
They replaced all the bad pipes in the basement and ran pipes out in the garage for a washer and dryer and capped old pipes. Replaced spickets out in the back. Worked long hours to get the job done! Took two days.

Wonderful
I had a new furnace, tankless water heater and water softener installed by APW, everyone from Yvonne on the phone to Nate and Steve who did the work were wonderful, all my questions were answered and all of my concerns addressed immediately, thanks guys!

Very Efficient
Today a young man named Steve came to my home from APW HEATING AND COOLING. I have a home warranty on my home and have had some problems with my toilets leaking. The home warranty sent another company out 4 times and they still didn't fix the toilets, they just came into the house with a wrench no other tools. Today Steve from APW came in checked everything out and finally fixed the toilets. He was an awesome young man very efficient and I have a few other things that are not pressing but need to be done and I will call APW again and recommend them to my friends and family.
